CONDITIONS

• Arrivals and departures from Saturday to Saturday.Departure must be between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Arrivals must be between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm

• Minimal stay 1 week. (except dead season and Easter that is rented for days)

• Bed linen or towels NOT included. (unless the contract specifies it)

• The price includes: water, gas and electricity. If the heating is necessary it will be paid apart.

• IN SOME APARTMENTS THERE ARE ACCEPTED DOMESTIC ANIMALS (CONSULTED AVAILABILITY). OBLIGATORY PAYMENT  40 €

• NOTICES: The apartment only can occupied for the persons' maximum that is indicated in every apartment.

• After reception of contract it be will paid 23 % of the rent, if in the course of one week we do not receive his deposit, his reservation remains cancelled. The rest to pay will subscribe at the arrival.

• Deposit : 200 € TO BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, CASH OR BY CREDIT CARD.

• Consult us for stays of more than 1 week

CANCELLATIONS

Payments in case of cancellation:

-30 days prior to arrival date: 30 Euros plus fees.                                                                              -Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 50 percent of the invoiced amount (minimum 30 € plus fees)        -Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100 percent of the booking amount.

MODIFICATIONS ON THE COMPANY'S PART

The company will put at the disposal of the client an accommodation of equal or superior characteristics in case of non availability of the accommodation, without refund on neither parts.

INFORMATIONS

-Departure must be between 8:00 am and 10:00 am (Other departure times under request and guarantee of credit card).

-Arrivals must be between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm (arrivals earlier than 4:00 pm are possible according to availability of the accommodation; arrivals after 8:00 pm: payment in advance at the reception of the hotel Montecarlo before delivery of the keys).

-Roses.net  does not take responsibility for the objects or values left in the accommodation.                      -The cleaning on the last day is NOT included. Bed linen or towels NOT included.

Down payments by: Bank Transfer, Money Order and by Credit Dard

 

This contract will not have validity without the confirmation of reception of the down payment, which must be sent within 8 days after the reception of this document.

 

After reception we will send you the confirmation and the RESERVATION VOUCHER.

 

Deposit:

 

200 € TO BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, CASH OR BY CREDIT CARD.

-Company authorized by Generalitat de Catalunya with number: EG-000527

-Guarantees of 72.000 € deposited in the public administrations.

-Central reservations of hotels and apartments in Roses
